You may provide information regarding your email address, password, country of residence, security question responses to create an account to use or access Interpreter Intelligence. In addition, you may provide additional information such as your transaction data, location, languages spoken, employers, clients, address, telephone number or credit card.
Interpreter Intelligence may automatically record and associate to your account information about your use of the service such as the frequency of transactions, date, time, links followed, your internet protocol address, cookies that may uniquely identify your browser, browser type, browser language and your transaction data.
Interpreter Intelligence stores and maintains your account information in order to provide our services. We may use such information to aggregate data to provide technical support and improve our services, features and marketing. With your permission, we may also contact you with service information including product or feature announcements and special offers.
For users in the United States, your account and personal information is stored directly on our servers in the United States. For users in the Europe, your account and personal information is stored directly on our servers in Europe. By using Interpreter Intelligence, you consent to any transfer or transmission of your personal information to and from our servers.
You have the ability to direct us to edit, correct or erase certain information relating to your account by sending an email to email@example.com. Through your Interpreter Intelligence account you may edit your account settings and remove certain data. All data deleted by you will be removed from your account, however residual copies of your profile information, data and other information associated with your account may remain on our back-up systems or on other accounts with which you have shared such data.
We do not sell or share our user information to unaffiliated companies. We restrict access to personal information to our employees, contractors or agents with a need to access that information in order to process it for us and that are subject to written confidentiality obligations.
We may access, preserve, and disclose your account information and any data associated with that account if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (i) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (ii) enforce Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations hereof, (iii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues (including, without limitation, the filtering of spam), or (iv) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of Interpreter Intelligence, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.
You understand that the technical processing and transmission of Interpreter Intelligence services, including your data, may involve (a) transmissions over various third-party networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks, devices or services.
